Cocktail Mayhem

Summer is here and no weekend can pass without a refreshing cocktail in your hand.
I have started working for Mindfood, you may have seen this magazine at your local supermarket or book shop.  To view some fresh new cocktail recipes visit the cocktail of the week on Mindfoods website.

That's enough of that, people have been asking about a cocktail book, well I'm working on it. I have asked a top chef and good friend of mine Jason McGeorge to design a Degustation Menu which consists of 21 courses; I will then design 4 cocktails to complement the means. We both have very busy lives as well as working as a chef Jason is a leading Dubstep DJ and has a young daughter. So we are working on the book but it will be a labour of love not a mass-produced drinking book.
