  1. Q) How can I pay?

    A) There are multiple options which you are able to choose from, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Cheque and/or direct bank transfer. We use a Secure Server to make sure all your details are kept as safe as we would like our own details kept.

  2. Q) Can I specify when the gift is delivered?

    A) Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery date. We will attempt to deliver on this day. We usually require 48 hours to complete an order (for Auckland) or 72 hours (outside Auckland), please remember to allow for weekends and public holidays or any time zone differences if you are ordering from overseas.

  3. Q) What happens if the recipient is not at home?

    A) Our delivery person will attempt delivery and leave a calling card if the recipient is not home. They will inform us of the non-delivery and you will be informed by Email/Phone that no delivery could be made.

  4. Q) Where can I enter special instructions?

    A) If you have additional delivery information such as additional phone number or address and specific wrapping options, you can add this in the "Comments" section when completing your order.

  5. Q) How can I change an order?

    A) If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email. Changes are required prior to the delivery date or you may risk that the order has already been processed and/or delivered.

  6. Q) How do I know if you have received my order?

    A) Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation of the order via email. Please keep this confirmation for future reference.

  7. Q) What kind of credit cards can I use to purchase my gift?

    A) We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express also the options of Direct Bank Transfer or Cheque are available. Please note D.B.T's and Cheques must be cleared before Gifts are dispatched.

  8. Q) How secure is my order?

    A) We use DPS for all online payments and have an SSL certificate. This means personal data entered at our site cannot be intercepted and read by a third party.  This is one of the most secure payment methods online.

  9. Q) How do I group my items into one Hamper or Basket?

    A) Once you have selected all the items you would like, simply click on the 'Checkout' icon and you will be taken to your basket overview page.  On this page under the products there is a basket icon which allows you to group all your items.  Select this box and your items (excluding groupable items) will be grouped together on your next page for you.

  10. Q) How can I define my search to find the perfect Gift?

    A) To define your search you can browse by the categories on the left hand side and once in a category page you will notice a "Filter By" section at the top.  This is a great way to find exactly what you are after.  Alternatively you can use the search box on the top right hand side.
