Here you will find out information to help plan your gift-giving to achieve the best timing. Through the checkout process you can select a preferred date which we will strive to meet. Our gifts may be larger than standard courier size, however we carefully package to minimize risk of damage during delivery.

Delivery Time:

North Island: generally delivered in 1-3 days
South Island: generally delivered in 2-4 days
Rural Deliveries: additional 1-2 days longer depending on Rural Courier schedules.

Rural Delivery:

Rural delivery can take an extra 1 - 2 days dependant on delivery. Please state in the delivery address the Rural Delivery Area Code.

Overseas Delivery:

We can deliver items internationally but a postage cost must be quoted initially. If you would like to send a gift overseas please contact us. Delivery usually takes between 3 - 15 days for international delivery, dependant on location.

Flower Delivery:

Flowers delivered within the Auckland region only. Please note: Flower delivery has been currently suspended.

Urgent courier - 24 Hour Delivery:

Available Monday to Friday only. Does not apply to rural deliveries and flower orders. Urgent Courier applies to the Auckland area only. Gifts will be delivered within 24 hours from the time of order.

Hospital Delivery:

When delivering to a hospital please provide ward number and name on the checkout process. Please check with the hospital and/or patient first to ensure the patient has not been discharged before the gift arrives.

Apartments:

Couriers sometimes experience difficulties with deliveries to apartments so try to ensure that the premises are accessible and/or someone is available to collect the item. If you are unsure it may be easier to deliver the gift to a work address.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure the delivery address is correct, you may be charged an extra delivery fee if the gift is not able to be delivered on time due to the wrong address being given.

Christmas Delivery 2010:

Auckland Delivery: TBC

(please allow an extra two days for rural deliveries).

Orders placed after this date may not arrive until after Christmas, sorry for any inconvenience.
We use very reputable couriers, and whilst their prompt and efficient service is usually second to none, occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur so best to get your Christmas orders in early.
