Our ‘create your own basket' function allows you to choose specific items that would suit your recipient giving it that extra flare, uniqueness and creating something of your own rather than a premade and pre-packaged gift from some gift basket company.

In the unlikely event that your gift is damaged, or if you are not completely satisfied with the gift, please contact us as soon as possible on sales@freedomgifts.co.nz or (09) 441 6336. We will make arrangements for the gift to be returned and a replacement organized immediately.
Delivery Information
Through the checkout process you can select a preferred date which we will strive to meet. Our gifts may be larger than standard courier size; however we carefully package to minimize risk of damage during delivery. Delivery can be made anywhere in New Zealand, we strive to offer a 48hr turn around within Auckland and a 72 hour turn around outside of Auckland. Corporate orders of more than 3 baskets may take a little longer. Find out more about delivery and prices.
Our Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible. If an item is not in stock you will be notified on checkout and we will endeavour to get this product to you as quickly as possible. To view delivery times and costs click here .

Freedom Gifts prides itself on delivering goods to you as fast as possible but we cannot be responsible for any loss sustained by the customer or for delay in delivery. We use very reputable couriers, and whilst their prompt and efficient service is usually second to none, occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur.
We can deliver items internationally but a postage cost must be quoted initially. If you would like to send a gift overseas please contact us. Delivery usually takes between 3 - 10 days for international delivery.

Returns Policy
If goods are faulty or damaged within delivery, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Freedom Gifts must be notified within 14 days of damaged goods.
